When it is time for you to be heard in court, whether at administrative hearings or an appeal in Federal Court, we will be there every step of the way. Preparations for these appearances are key to the success of a claim.

Prior to an administrative hearing we will brief you on the most important issues at hand and prepare you for the questions that will likely be asked by the judge.

For appeals in Federal Court written legal arguments will be submitted and oral arguments will be attended, if necessary.
Routine matters on your claim may sometimes feel unknown and tiresome. To us they are routine and common. We feel that it is our responsibility to aid you in the process. We will assist you in finalizing Standard Social Security questionnaires and filing appeals on time, obtain doctors’ records, as well as reports and interrogatories.
